How It Works 

Unlike conventional cleaning products, BIOPROTECT™ RTU bonds to the applied surface, inhibits the growth of odor- and stain-causing bacteria, fungi (mold and mildew), and algae between cleanings for up to 90 days (3 months). It is easily applied by field personnel using a trigger pump sprayer, electrostatic sprayer, pressure sprayer, or fogging equipment.

BIOPROTECT™ RTU is a patented, registered, water-based antimicrobial surface protectant that keeps surfaces free of odor- and stain-causing bacteria, fungi (mold and mildew), and algae between cleanings, for up to 90 days (3 months). BIOPROTECT™ RTU can be applied to both porous and non-porous surfaces. BIOPROTECT™ 500 (concentrate) antimicrobial offers the same benefits as BIOPROTECT™RTU when diluted per label directions into a ready-to-use state with the exception of certain use sites and approval for use as a food-contact surface preservative.

For antimicrobial protection of approved textile materials, incorporating one of the registered BIOPROTECT™ formulations into your textile manufacturing process can be done by the exhaustion method or pad bath creating a layer of antimicrobial protection protecting textiles from odor causing and stain-causing bacteria, (fungi (mold and mildew) for up to 90 days (3 months). BIOPROTECTED™ textiles can be made into work uniforms, bed linens, exercise apparel and more!

BIOPROTECTED™ Plastics

For antimicrobial protection of approved plastic materials, incorporating one of the registered BIOPROTECT™ formulations into your plastic manufacturing process can be done by spray or roll coating method creating a layer of antimicrobial protection that protects the plastics products from odor causing and-stain-causing bacteria, fungi (mold and mildew) for up to 90 days (3 months). Some of the plastics that can be BIOPROTECTED™ include: PET, HDPE, PVC, LDPE, polypropylene, polycarbonate, polylactide, acrylic, acrylonitrile butadiene, styrene, fiberglass, nylon.

BIOPROTECTED™ Metals

For antimicrobial protection of approved metal materials, incorporating one of the registered BIOPROTECT™ formulations into your commercial metal products during the manufacturing process can be done by spray coating, dip coating or spin coating creating a layer of antimicrobial protection that protects the metal products from odor causing and stain-causing bacteria, fungi (mold and mildew) and algae for up to 90 days (3 months). Some of the metals that can be BIOPROTECTED™ include stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum.
